General Terms of the Property:
Terms of Use:
• Check-in from 4:30 PM and check-out at 11:00 AM.
• Entirely non-smoking property – smoking is strictly prohibited inside the property.
• Pets are not allowed unless an exception has been granted at the time of booking.
• Any damage caused in the rooms during the guest’s stay will be charged to the guest.
• We kindly ask guests to respect the peace and the property.
Cancellation Policy:
• Cancellation more than 30 days before the scheduled arrival date: full refund.
• Cancellation between 8 and 30 days before the scheduled arrival date: 50% of the total amount will be charged.
• Cancellation less than 8 days before the scheduled arrival date: 100% of the total amount will be charged.
Use of Images and Respect for Private Property:
Scope of Use:
The Jardin des Roses in Dour is a character residence dedicated to rest, relaxation, and family life. In order to preserve the privacy of our guests and the peaceful atmosphere of the property, photography and video recording within the guest rooms and common areas are strictly limited to personal and private use.
Professional and Commercial Shoots:
Any photography or video session intended for professional, commercial, advertising, or content distribution purposes (whether on paid or free platforms, including “influencer”, “portfolio”, or adult-oriented platforms) is strictly prohibited without prior written authorization from management. Such activities are subject to a specific agreement and dedicated pricing.
Brand Image and Standards:
The use of the property's image (including its decoration, architecture, or furnishings) for staging or content that could harm the reputation, standards, or image of the establishment is prohibited. We reserve the right to request the immediate removal of any online content that misuses the image of the residence in ways inconsistent with its identity as a prestigious guesthouse.
Social Media:
We are pleased to encourage our guests to share memories of their stay (holiday photographs, lifestyle content, gastronomy) on their personal social media accounts. We kindly ask that such publications respect the privacy and anonymity of other guests staying at the property.
Penalties:
Failure to comply with these rules may result in the immediate termination of the stay without refund, as well as legal action for unauthorized use of the property's image.
